Overview
Human Foosball is a life-size version of the classic foosball game. Set up a large rectangular area with ropes or poles dividing it into sections. Players hold onto the ropes and can only move side to side, mimicking the movement of players on a foosball table. The objective is to score goals by kicking the ball into the opposing team’s goal.

Game Setup
- Playing Field: Mark a large rectangular area, typically 30 meters by 15 meters. Set up goals at each end of the field.
- Ropes/Poles: Divide the field into sections using ropes or poles. Players will hold onto these and can only move side to side within their section.
- Teams: Divide players into two equal teams. Assign positions to each player, ensuring a balanced setup on the field.
Game Rules
- Starting the Game: A coin toss determines which team starts with the ball. The game begins with a kickoff from the center of the field.
- Player Movement: Players must hold onto the ropes or poles and can only move side to side. They cannot release the ropes/poles during play.
- Scoring: A goal is scored when the ball is kicked into the opposing team’s goal. After a goal, the game restarts with a kickoff from the team that conceded the goal.
- Ball Out of Play: If the ball goes out of bounds, it is returned to play with a throw-in from the team that did not touch it last.
- Game Duration: The game consists of two halves, each lasting 10-15 minutes, with a short break in between. The team with the most goals at the end of the game wins.
Safety Rules
- Holding the Ropes/Poles: Players must always hold onto the ropes or poles to prevent collisions and ensure safety.
- Fair Play: Players should avoid rough play and respect opponents. Any dangerous behavior should be penalized.
Variations
- Team Size: Adjust the number of players on each team based on the total number of participants and the size of the playing field.
- Field Size: Modify the field size to accommodate different numbers of players or available space.
