Slappers, Best played at night. One player is “it”. They cover their eyes and count down from 15. All players have to “slap” them and then hide. The player uncovers their eyes and can take three steps. If they can’t find anyone, they cover their eyes and start counting down from 14. All players must run out of their hiding places, “slap” the player who is it, then hide again. Every time, the player who is “it” counts down from a smaller number. Continue until everyone is out. WARNING: PEOPLE OFTEN GET HURT BY RUNNING INTO EACH OTHER IN THIS GAME.

Setting Up
- Choose a Location:
- A safe outdoor area with plenty of hiding spots. Ensure the area is free of obstacles that could cause injury.
- Select the “It” Player:
- Use a fair method to choose who will start as “it” (e.g., drawing straws, rock-paper-scissors).
Playing the Game
- Countdown and Slap:
- The player who is “it” covers their eyes and counts down from 15.
- During the countdown, all other players must slap the “it” player and then quickly hide.
- Finding and Counting Down:
- After the countdown, the “it” player uncovers their eyes and can take three steps to find someone.
- If they can’t find anyone, they cover their eyes and count down from 14.
- Players must run out of their hiding places, slap the “it” player, and hide again.
- Repeat with Decreasing Countdown:
- The countdown continues to decrease by one each round (from 15 to 14, 13, etc.).
- The game continues until the countdown reaches zero or the “it” player finds all other players.
Winning the Game
- The game ends when the countdown reaches zero or the “it” player finds all hiding players.
- If the “it” player finds all players before the countdown reaches zero, they win.
- If the countdown reaches zero and players are still hiding, those players win.
