Hide and Seek
The game every group already half knows. One player is the seeker and counts to an agreed number at home base with eyes closed while everyone else hides within the agreed boundaries. The seeker then searches; hiders can either stay put until found or race to touch home base before the seeker calls their name at base. First player found (or last to reach base, in the racing version) seeks next round. For big groups, use two seekers and a larger area.

Word Association
Around the circle at speed: each player says the very first word triggered by the previous one. "Beach" — "sand" — "castle" — "dragon" — "barbecue." Hesitate for more than two seconds, repeat a word, or explain your logic and you're out. The game accelerates as the circle shrinks, and the strange leaps a tired brain makes are the best part. For the harder version, ban obvious pairings — anything a teammate can justify as "too predictable" gets voted out.
