Mother, May I?

Mother, May I?

Individual

  • Players: 4 – 15
  • Duration: 10 - 20 min
  • Free to play

How to play

One player is "Mother" and stands at one end; everyone else lines up far away. Players take turns asking, "Mother, may I take three giant steps?" — or baby steps, bunny hops, twirls, anything. Mother answers "Yes, you may" or "No, but you may…" with a different move instead. Anyone who moves without asking or forgets to say "Mother, may I?" goes back to the start. First player to touch Mother wins and takes over the role.
