How to play
Place an object — a flag, a beanbag, a hat — on top of a tall pole or hang it well out of reach. Each team must work out how to retrieve it using only themselves and whatever materials you allow. Most teams end up engineering a human lift, so set the rules up front: how many spotters, what can be stacked or climbed, and what's off limits. First team to retrieve their object safely wins. Keep the height reasonable and always require spotters for any lifting.

Mirrors
Partners face each other. One leads, moving slowly and smoothly — raising an arm, tilting the head, shifting weight — while the other mirrors them in real time, as if they were a reflection. The goal is movement so connected that an observer can't tell who is leading. Swap roles after a minute, then try the master level: nobody leads, and the pair simply moves together. A theatre classic that doubles as a surprisingly effective focus and empathy exercise for any team.

Birdie on a Perch
Players should pair off into partners (girls with girls and guys with guys is usually better). One player will be the birdie and the other will be the perch. All of the perches make a circle and walk counter-clockwise. While all of the birdies make a larger circle around the perches and walk clockwise. After a few seconds call out "Birdie on a Perch!" and the partners must find each other and the birdie must jump onto the back of the perch. The last pair to find each other is out. Continue until there is only one pair left. For a bit of your own entertainment, call out different walks for the players to do. Such as: walk like a bird, a ballerina, run way model, ninja, etc.
