Band-Aid Tag

Band-Aid Tag

Teamwork Physical

How to play

Everyone is "it" at the same time. When you get tagged, you must place a hand — a "band-aid" — on the spot where you were touched, and keep playing. The second tag adds your second hand as another band-aid. On the third tag you are "injured" and must kneel; you are healed and rejoin the game when two free players tag you together and shout "Doctor!" Play continues until the group is exhausted or one untouched champion remains.

Newspaper War

Collect a ton of scrap paper (in most churches, just place a box next to the copier for 3 or 4 days!) Have the group divide in half and strategically place themselves around the room. Give the room a middle border. They aren't allowed to move and there should be an ammo pile towards the back. Give them 5 minutes to crumble all their ammo, and then cry WAR! After ten minutes of throwing paper, whomever has the most on the their side is the losing team

Slow cycling

A "slow cycling race" is an event where participants compete to cross the finish line in the slowest possible time. Unlike traditional bike races where speed is crucial, in a slow cycling race, the goal is to maintain the slowest pace without coming to a complete stop.

Sneaky Footsteps

In this game, one player is chosen and stands with their back turned away from the group. Everyone else spreads out behind them as far away as possible and attempts to creep up slowly and tap chosen player on the shoulder. However, chosen player can turn around at any moment to look to see who is coming closer. No one can move while chosen player is looking. If the chosen player sees anyone moving, they can point at that person and they have to move to the side until the round is over. If anyone gets close enough to the chosen player to tap them on the shoulder, then the round is over and the person who tapped becomes the new chosen player.
