The Machine
- Players: 5 – 20
- Duration: 10 - 20 min

How to play
One player steps forward and starts a simple repeating motion with a sound — a piston arm with a "chk-chk," a spinning wheel with a whistle. One by one, other players attach themselves to the growing contraption, each adding a connected motion and noise, until the whole group is a single absurd machine. The facilitator can then adjust the controls: run it at double speed, in slow motion, or wind it down to a stop. For teams, assign machines to build — a toaster, a car wash, a printer — and let the others guess.

Chair on the wall
No equipment needed — just a smooth stretch of blank wall. Everyone stands with their back flat against the wall and walks their feet forward, sliding down until they're "sitting" on an invisible chair: thighs parallel to the floor, knees at a right angle, back still against the wall, hands resting on thighs or knees (no pushing down for support). Then it's simply a matter of who can hold it. The last player still in position wins, usually with trembling legs and a lot of commentary from those who already collapsed.

Treasure Hunt
Hide a set of objects around your playing area before the group arrives — the more varied the hiding spots, the better. Give teams a list of what's hidden (or riddle-style clues for a harder hunt) and set a time limit. Teams race to find as many items as they can before time runs out; the most items found wins. Assign point values to the hardest-to-find objects to keep every team hunting until the final minute.
