A popular Indian game played on a rectangular field with two teams, where players from one team try to tag players from the other team before they can "sit" on the ground and av…
Ten is a good number for teamwork games because it splits into two teams of five, and five is about the largest group where every member still has to contribute. At six and above, someone can quietly stop participating and the team will still function, which defeats the point.
Worth knowing before you pick: team-building activities that train only one dimension of teamwork produce close to no measurable effect, while ones targeting two or more produce a substantial one. And the conversation afterwards matters more than the activity — structured debriefs improve team performance by around a quarter, across domains and settings.
So run the game, then ask what happened. Not "did you enjoy that" but what the group decided, who decided it, and what they would do differently. That conversation is where the value is.
Ordered by fit for two teams of five.
